For the highly motivated, our course could be completed and your first prioritized pipeline set up within a week.

We recognize that you are busy, though and that a more reasonable expectation is about four weeks to complete the course and your first prioritized Pipeline, allocating roughly 5-6 hours per week. On average, our clients say it takes about 20 hours to follow our course and complete the setup. But remember that this is roughly a fifth of the 100+ hours it took our co-founder Jessica Smith, EA, to do her full automation of her first Tax Prep pipeline. 

The process will go much faster after that, as you will be a gaining the skills to be a strong user of the TaxDome system and the process of creating automated workflows.

To fully automate your practice it will, that depend on how many pipelines you need to set up to serve your practice but you will now have the skills and understanding of how to do it. I would say in 6-8 months if you took your time you would be able to be a streamlined automated practice in TaxDome.

We have had practices of all sizes join our program. However, this program is geared for the practice that is less than 8 team members, this includes the practice owner(s), accountants, preparers, admins, and other support staff. 

Why? Well our pipelines and methodologies within the course are intended for the smaller practice. We have had larger practices go through the program successfully because the team took ownership at learning how TaxDome worked and then modifying to meet their needs. Our course acted as a support agent rather than the solution.

Yes, the course is self-paced, however when you join you will be invited to join our next Fast Track Accountability Series. 

Our Fast Track Accountability Series is offered to all new Workflows For Tax Pros members. We are here to help you set up your TaxDome system fast with access to our team of experts to guide you to success. 

Our course is broken into a 4 weekly modules that will take you on average 5-6 hours a week to complete, depending on the size and complexity of your situation. 

Our Series is offered in May, August, November and January. 

Now if you are a go getter and ready to build now, you can implement on your own timeline that will work for you. 

You will have access to the course and community for 12 months and we will give you the opportunity to continue with us when that time ends. We do this to allow you time with our support to navigate any hiccups you run into using TaxDome in your Practice.

Yes! We closely monitor the changes that TaxDome rolls out and in addition to telling you how to start using them in your practice, we will be updating our course materials as needed.

Our current members favorite feature though is that as new enhancements come out from TaxDome (which they do often), we evaluate these changes and provide expert guidance on if or when they should consider implementing into their TaxDome system, and when they do we give step by step on how to implement into their current systems without the headache of trial and error. There is no other TaxDome support out there offering this powerful service.
